The music building and black box theater is a 39,089 square foot addition to the existing Jackson Auditorium. The following systems have undergone commissioning: HVAC, BAS and exterior lighting systems have been commissioned. HVAC: The buildings environmental system consists of 5 air handling units and associated terminal units. Chilled water and heating hot water are provided to the building via campus utility loop. The building has 2 chilled water and 2 heating hot water pumps. All HVAC equipment is connected to a Building Automation System (BAS) with graphical user interface for efficient operator interaction. Lighting: The automatic lighting controls are not operative at this time. The Builder is working with the supplier to correct this issue.
