The project consists of a new two story, 67,000 gross square foot worship/educational building. The project includes the following mechanical systems: Building air conditioning system including heating, cooling, ventilation and associated control system. Split and packaged DX units will be designed, with coordination with Ronny Lewis, Trane equipment supplier. General purpose exhaust systems and kitchen hoods. Domestic hot and cold water, propane, sanitary waste and vent systems within the building and terminating at a point five feet outside the building. Grinder pump for sewage system. Interior roof drainage system above kitchen and mall. Fire sprinkler system. Kitchen hoods shall be relocated from existing location. Kitchen equipment shall also be relocated so that plumbing reconnections will be designed. Electrical: Building interior lighting systems, and theatrical lighting. Site/Area lighting including walkways and new parking lots. Existing parking lot lighting to remain. Building general purpose power. Kitchen equipment shall be relocated and reconnected. Fire Alarm System. Telephone, security, closed circuit television, intercom, sound systems and data conduit system. Wiring and termination devices are not included. Coordination with AV consultant. Site electrical power service from the point of connection to the utility company service to the building.
