Provided MEP engineering design services for the new District 3 Community Center located at South Side Lions Park. The new senior facility consists of a multipurpose room, dining hall, exercise rooms, crafts room, computer room, a small library, and a lounging area and lot that holds 200 parking spaces. The center includes a dining hall and multipurpose room serving 125 people, exercise and fitness rooms, art/crafts room, computer room, a small library and lounge/game room area. The total square footage is 13,000 sq. ft. and consisting of 200 parking spaces.
