Alderson & Associates, Inc. project for the San Antonio Police Evidence Building consisted of a renovation of an existing 112,500 gross square foot warehouse to house police evidence and a 27,500 square foot office area. The project also included a public entry, controlled storage for weapons, cash and narcotics, and areas for SAPD’s Tactical Response Unit, SWAT which includes Roll Call, Showers, Gym, Armory Storage, Suspect Interview, Make Ready Area and a separate Storage Building for Bait Cars and Armored Vehicles.
