Provided MEP design services for a new multi-purpose center on the campus of the Mission Road Development Center, a non-profit agency licensed to care for children and adults with developmental disabilities. Mechanical design featured high-efficiency HVAC systems with associated control systems and collected condensate pumped to a rainwater harvesting tank used for landscape irrigation. Electrical design featured interior and exterior lighting systems, including site lighting connected to battery-operated emergency power for safety and security.
