The project consisted of the finish out of approximately 90,000 SF of warehouse space to create a precision casting facility including Sintering Furnaces, tank and storage, dry and raw material storage, lab, and ancillary rooms. Alderson & Associates, Inc. worked closely with the owner to efficiently handle design changes during the construction process to accommodate facility layout modifications and equipment changes. The project was time sensitive and it was finished on time and within budget. Alderson & Associates, Inc. executed the services to meet the vision of the owner.
