North Paseo Building at UTSA consisted of a new 76,000 sq ft, two-story building. The building will house required academic and administrative support space, offices, conference rooms, break rooms, storage facilities, IT/AV security closets, mechanical and electrical closets, plenums, public restrooms, and tutoring spaces.
