The project consisted of the renovation of the existing culinary arts classroom at Fort Sam Houston High School. Includes one new teacher workstation, four student workstations, and other ancillary kitchen equipment as indicated in the space programming documents.
Mechanical design services included Building air conditioning system,
grease exhaust and makeup air duct systems between kitchen hood and fan systems.
Electrical design services included building interior lighting systems to accommodate the new space layout, building general-purpose power.
Kitchen equipment power connections.
Plumbing design services included domestic hot and cold water, natural gas, sanitary waste, and vent system rough-ins for kitchen equipment. The new rough-ins will connect to the existing building plumbing infrastructure and grease waste piping and trap system.
