The project consists of the renovation of an approximately 30,000 sf building into a Pre-K Educational Facility for the City of San Antonio.
Mechanical design services Building air conditioning system including heating, cooling, ventilation and associated control system, general purpose exhaust system, and domestic hot and cold water, natural gas, sanitary waste and vent systems within the building and connecting onto the existing services.
Electrical design services included building interior and exterior lighting system, site/area lighting, and general purpose power.
