The renovations and additions for Eisenhower Middle School project consisted of a total of 55,000 sq ft of new facilities consisting of a classroom addition and a 30,000 sq ft athletic addition at the campus. The classroom addition consists of 14 general purpose classrooms, 1 teacher resource center, and 1 collaborative learning center. The athletic facility addition consists of a competition gymnasium, office, locker rooms, weight room, field house, concession stand and restrooms. Includes a central plant facility for the new additions and a 100-space parking lot.
