Alderson & Associates, Inc. is providing commissioning services for the 76,481 SF, 3-story building. The New System Office building will consist of office space for all of the System Offices, support spaces, infrastructure, public art and landscaping for the facility. Commissioning services for the New System Office Building include commissioning of HVAC and Electrical systems. HVAC commissioning for this project consists of functional testing of all HVAC and control systems. Electrical commissioning consists of inspecting electrical systems installation and comparison to electrical design drawings. Alderson & Associates, Inc. also performed Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) of the complete building. TAB was performed in accordance with the project plans, specifications and National Environmental Balancing Bureau(NEBB) procedural standards.
