Company History The firm was formed in 1985 by Carlton Alderson to provide mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering services to commercial firms, institutional and governmental agencies. During our many years of service, the firm has performed quality engineering design and analysis for a diverse and demanding clientele. Alderson & Associates, Inc. has used contemporary design techniques for the past 22 years to deliver efficient and effective security, communication, HVAC, audio/video, fire suppression, lighting, water, air, and energy conservation/distribution. Our firm has provided services for medical and lab facilities, universities, school districts, industrial, manufacturing, financial, banking, and hotel facilities. Dean Alderson became President of the firm in 1995 and continues the tradition set forth by his father.
